A €50 credit for referring a new customer

As a Grünwelt customer, you’ve already chosen an excellent value for money. That’s why we’d like to reward you for helping us spread the word about our services. For every new customer we’re able to serve under our competitive terms, you’ll receive a credit of 50 euros in your contract account. All you need is your contract account number. The new customer enters this in the "I was referred by a customer" field during our online ordering process.



Frequently Asked Questions

The new customer you have referred must place their order for electricity, gas, or heat via our website. Orders cannot be placed through other platforms. During the ordering process, the newly referred customer will see the option “I was referred by a customer” on the “Personal Data” page. The new customer must select “Yes” and then enter your contract account number in the field provided.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make—for every new customer you refer whom we are able to successfully serve, you will receive a credit of 50 euros (gross) from us.

Yes, your contract account number will still be accepted even if, for example, you purchase electricity from Grünwelt Energie and refer a new gas customer to us. The new customer will then enter your contract account number during the ordering process for their gas contract.

Please understand that we require your contract account number at the time the referred customer places their order, and for technical reasons, we cannot accept this information after the fact. Therefore, please make sure that the new customer you have referred enters your contract account number in the designated field during the ordering process.

You will receive a credit of 50 euros (gross) four weeks after the newly referred customer’s electricity or gas service begins. The credit will be applied to your contract account and automatically offset against your next scheduled payment.

Since we credit your account with a credit note for each new customer you refer, you can only refer a new customer if you are an active customer who is currently purchasing electricity or gas from us at the time of the referral.

We will credit the amount to your contract account and apply it to your next scheduled payment; therefore, we are unfortunately unable to issue a cash refund.
