You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. If you have requested that the supply of electricity begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
